Quick fabric art

Hey guys!  So I randomly had this feeling tonight that my guest room needed some more color and stuff on the walls!  The guest room is mainly my storage room for craft projects and for Rex's luggage for his work travels.  I had nothing on the wall and I realize how much I hate bare walls.  Does anyone else have that?

Anyways, on the my quick project.  I had some basic frames just laying around as well as some fabric remnants.  The first thing I did was iron the fabric to get all the fold creases out.

Note: I did NOT pay $40 for that frame.  It was on clearance for $10.

After that it was just stapling the fabric to the frames.  Seriously, so easy!  I think I did all of this in less than 30 minutes.  And since I already had the supplies, it didn't cost me a thing!

Tada!  I love when a plan comes together.

What do you think? It's nothing fancy but it will work for now until I can actually put time and effort into this room.

I hope this inspires you to create something by just "shopping" what you  have.  The great thing is that these fabric pieces can still easily be used again when I'm ready to change things up again.

Hope you enjoyed my short and quick little project.  I'd love to hear what you think!

Be sure to look me up here as well!  I love connecting with you!
